In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to The Center for American and International Law at www.cailaw.org, “In Memoriam” for Dr. Richard Holden. Rick was a “scholar-in-residence” at the Center through the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration (ILEA) where his experience, knowledge and leadership were instrumental in developing and lecturing in courses. Rick loved his association with ILEA.
